FAQ and "how-to" articles about this website

The Lightweaver is not a huge organization. The team consists of only 4 people at present, it is those 4 who will answer your questions.

1. Michelle is very busy, there is no way to send her an email directly. Please know that all the other members of The Lightweaver team will forward mail to Michelle (if they feel she needs to see it) and they will do so with complete discretion. Even so, please know that Michelle receives hundreds of mails every day and she cannot possibly answer every one. She will read them and answer those that need to be answered. See the table below for the best ways to contact Michelle.
2. Samatha Gilbert is Michelle's personal angel. She can and will answer almost any general questions about The Lightweaver, specific channellings, our tours and more. Sam transcribes all the material so she knows exactly where to find channelled material on the site. The best way to send Sam an email is via "TLW Infodesk".
   
3. Douglas is the business manager and webmaster. He is also busy BUT never too busy to answer your mail:). Douglas deals with all business matters (money matters) relating to The Lightweaver and oversees the technical side of matters. Douglas is also your best channel to Michelle 'cos they discuss everything. If you want to suggest something to Michelle, she's going to ask Doug to look into it first, so you might as well come straight to me:). If it is something to do with the site, please try to get Haroun's help first. The best way to contact Doug is via "TLW Helpdesk" or his profile.
4. Haroun is Doug's personal angel. Haroun can deal with all technical aspects of the website. He can help with login/registration problems, membership queries, webinars, subscriptions, "how-to" instructions (for the PC challenged) and much, much more. Haroun is a wiz and will be able to help you with most aspects of site usage. If he can't help, be sure he will forward your request to Doug. The best way to contact Haroun is via "TLW Helpdesk".

NB: Please do not send the same request to multiple places. With so many ways to contact us, many people think it is a good idea to leave the same message in multiple places (and then get others to contact us too) without considering the fact that it then takes that much longer for us to read all the messages and respond. This will be considered as spam and completely ignored. Using the info above (and below), choose one place to send your request. And then please wait a reasonable amount of time before sending another request.

NB: Once you choose a method of communicating with us, stick to it. If we are communicating about something via email, don't send Doug a message via his profile relating to the email discussion. We have too many conversations on at any one point in time to be able to connect dots like that. All it does is slow down the process.
