Experiences from Damanhur!

Ann, Bart, George, Else and Helleh as Lightweavers (+ Laurie from Canada - friend of Helleh) joined group in a magnificent journey together in Damanhur Temples and Community in the stoning beautiful North of Italy by the steep foothills of the Alps. On behalf of the group I dare to express the significant beauty of transformation that we experienced on this 7-day spiritual journey. One that was binding us together in joy, light and love surpassing anything experienced before in abundance and power.

Personal experience from Damanhur!

None or the less than the 7-days course will truly have a chance to show the true faces of Damanhur which is numerous. I noticed tendencies to think it was a sect or cult in just a few days visit - not from the way Damanhurians perceived their present spiritual founder Falco, but from the way the visitors had a tendency to adore this leader.

Falco himself did not at any point set himself on a piedestal. I experienced him as mainly in mind, tired and ready to leave the core of Damanhur as such. Damanhur seem to be undergoing a great transformation as the rest of the world splitting up to become perfect balance between mind and heart. Damanhur is so structured and well organized that I am sure the masculine core of mind people can leave without creating any damage to the community. They are totally aware of woman taking the core position acting by heart to create to nescessary balance to continue. In Damanhur you meditate mainly through movement and action. Every single one is actively doing whatever is needed in any given moment to create harmony and growth for the others. If you have no intention of serving anyone than yourself, you do not fit into Damanhur.

The 7-days course were simply magnificent and fantastic. We had teachers and guides with a magnitude of experience and knowledge - some acting from heart, some from mind and some from both which is really a typical human being. The course were filled with pleasant surprises ongoing.

The Damanhurians are kind, helpful, patient, skillful and really living their philosophy in harmony and joy. The feeling of heartfelt warmth was experienced everywhere in each place of this community. The kids seemed very self-confident and strong, and the elders (80's - 90's) radiated pure joy and healthy active curiosity.
The majority of Damanhurians only have Damanhur as their base from where they travel and work independently on their own. You need to be financially self-sustaining. There are 5 types of citizenship. Some live in the community and work outside. Some the opposite. Some outside only but as friends and member of the spiritual people etc. Smoking is forbidden all over Damanhur area. That is the only rule as such. If you smoke you have decided yourself to leave.

We were that lucky to oversee a Full Moon Ceremony performed in the outdoor temple mainly by women. 12 priestesses were councelling the Oracle in search for higher answers, also on specific questions from individuals. They were each creating contact their own way with the group energy of the Oracle and share each of their answers with eachother afterwards. 6 woman was dancing the divine language while the men were playing the drums and holding the energy among the audience of visitors. All were dressed in clothes of yellow, red and dark blue. Lots of fire, incense, crystals etc. Very ceremonial. If a journalist or person with judgment had been hiding in the trees he would definitely call this a cult or sect, which is not the truth. It was very powerful and very beautiful and really turned on glimpses of previous lifetimes as natives in the majority of the audience coming back to nature so to speak.

The accommodation and food was excellent. The way of transport from one place to another by just waving a hand worked out with extraordinary beauty. All cars picked up and not only those of the Damanhurians.

The Temples were really beyond words. A guide was definitely needed just to find the way around in the various of tunnels and hidden doors and stairways. Simply unbelievable structure. We all had some extraordinary meditations in the Halls of Earth, Mirror, Metal and Spheres in specific, though we experienced all the Temple Halls. We were simply silent, speechless, "dizzy" and "buzzing" after the visits, so a so-called break in solitude to digest the energetic download were to be preferred. I dare to announce here that no one can possibly be the same after visiting those precious temples of humanity.

Damanhur is built in a place of 4 crossing synchronic lines. According the research of these energy lines only one more place on Earth is similar to this, namely in Tibet. This empowers the way of living in synchronicity - in divine flow with connection to Cosmos!

Let me give you an example in a true experience!

Else and I left by taxi to the nearby station in Ivrea to catch a train to Turin. Ticket-guy was gone. Sign put up saying "I am gone for 10 minutes". An Italian man was waiting too - now past 10 minutes. I started laughing referring to Italian time. The man gently smiled saying 10 min. here most likely meant 15 to 20 minutes. He now gently guided me to the bar next door where I could purchase a train ticket which became a bus ticket to a place called Strambino because of renovation of the railways tracks whereas we should catch the train to Turin. Bus would be leaving at 11:11 (2 hours later). As I have purchased the tickets I got surprised seeing this man was still waiting for me with a big smile guiding me back to the other ticket place where Else now discussed the circumstances with the guy who had returned from his break. She got all the same information except that the bus was leaving at 11:05. Anyway...we waited at the station and I slipped into deep meditation. All of a sudden my guides showed me that I had forgot my laptop back in the house of Damanhur. Oh...my...time was 10:15. We took off with all our luggage to catch a taxi. Taxi driver was missing. Back to the bar where they all helped finding him. He came running and though we were very busy he was calm and focused on making it in time. Off we went and my laptop was nicely laid out on the table in the kitchen so in less than 1 minute I was back in the taxi. Off we went and as 11:05 approached the taxi driver started calling around saying "I am sorry with a smile in between". He had by whatever means held back the bus. Bus driver nor customers ever complained, just smiles. We jumped into the bus and off we went....time was 11:11. That is indeed events of synchronicity where the impossible become possible by guidance one event after another ongoing. The entire experience was high speed but without a trace of stress or anxiety. In the bus we leaned back, looked at each other and realized one more transformation had taken place within the microcosm within us by the macrocosm of actions that have taken place around us like in an action movie of pure love.

What’s next? The waves after experiencing Damanhur!

I received architecture drawings at the last meditation in the Temples for a nucleus community in Damanhur. Damanhur already consist of numerous of independent communities as pieces creating the whole, each with different workings. That following night I saw a place as abandoned and for sale on paper somewhere up the mountain and to the right of the existing Damanhur tree village. It is a farmland with some forest on. The structure of this place consist of 2 units – one between the trees and one on the ground. 1 unit consist of 3 8-sided log houses built in certain combination of sacred geometry emanating balance and harmony, so that those living there automatically will either find this harmony quickly or simply move. The unit in the trees will be my future settlement of quantum physics, cosmic teachings and DNA activation with teachings of science of human nature and spirit on a platform 4 meters above the ground amongst the trees (without even a nail in any tree). The other unit is similar just on the ground though each 8-sided house can rotate 360 degrees clockwise/counter clockwise so the power of energy according to the four directions and the sun can be fully utilized. This unit will embrace a research in new time alchemy medicine with a garden of multiple herbs. This mountain area is very fertile and with living water.

I am already working on the possibility to purchase this land and soon a Damanhurian will arrive in Denmark providing us all a 3 days course in How to built community socially, financially, spiritually etc. Damanhur principle is indeed a sustainable living possibility with about 12 hours a week committed the local nucleus and 24 hours a month committed Damanhur as a whole building temple etc. by own choice. This will be the starting point and centre of research for creating similar temples and sustainable living communities around the world. In Damanhur you can live for about 400-500 euro a month including accommodation and food, just to give you an idea of direction. You can also come as work exchange where you work full time but for free accommodation and food, though a right mindset of service and unity is recommended.

The Temple of Love and Wisdom has indeed started and so will Denmark and Egypt soon follow.
Can you imagine a community of Lightweavers or other like-minded sisters and brothers? Well.....let me know, if you want to be added on the list of interest in new Earth living and learning.

It's fabulous that you are moving to Damanhur! Lucky Girl!

I'm still reading Jeff's book and it is really moving and touching my heart, this morning I cried (which is always a good thing, it confirms my Truth & Knowing). I will get hold of The Ringing Cedars once I've finished this one - I can feel them already racing through me. Who knows maybe when you're there later I may get to visit. I know it will happen at some stage not too far away.

Hi Guys,

The book that found me is called Damanhur The Real Dream by Jeff Merrifield, ISBN 0-7225-3496-5.
The Author has spent much time there over the years and probably still does.
It's a beautifully written book that comes from the heart with love and great respect for the project and has amazing descriptions of how the project came about and the building of the temples, their philosophy, paths to mastery etc.

It's the first book that I've been able to get my head together for in a long time and while I want to read as much as I can as fast as I can I also want to savour it as I am aware of the other things going on whilst reading. Interesting to say the least.

Can't wait until ye go - I am very excited about this!

Hi Margaret...I will be watching out for this Jeff Merrifield..as you say, he might still hang out down there in Damanhur...soon I will too...plan for me is moving there by Christmas to really get this Temple building and community under the skin..anyway...I just cant help mentionen The Ringing Cedars too, if you haven't read those! Those too you will race through and save at the same time....Lots of love...I cant hardly wait either going to Italy! Helleh

Dear Abundance Pod of Light....it is REALLY abundance in many ways.
As a strong core of connected micro-cosmic subatomic particles in our macro-cosmic pod we will be a powerful core within the core of all those people attending this 7-days course in Damanhur. Those we know, those we do not know, but will come to know. As we know nothing is a co-incidense and we each have our things to do and share from within the center of the bigger picture, as well as we of the pod has a connecting power to share. They at Damanhur seem to find this very interesting. Today it has come to my knowledge, that I very dear friend of mine, a doctor Laurie from Canada, together with whom I worked as volunteer in a Tibetan orphanage last summer, and who went into the cave of Padmasambhava with me, who is seemingly Kuthumi-Agrippa, which flipped me whole world around and made me a fulltime lightweaver ever since....she just booked her flight and will join this 7-days course in Damanhur too. She is very spiritual and in all senses an authentic doctor with no borders! I couldn't even happen to ask you guys first, so I guess we are surrendering to the fact that Mother/Father God indeed invite those we need for our Pods adventure in Damanhur ahead of us. How beautiful everything is set up these days...ongoing daily surprises. It is becomming increasingly exciting what gifts are waiting for us down there!

Greetings Helleh & George,

This is truly a wonderful idea and plan.
I've been interested in them for a few years but until I saw this there was no information forthcoming.
And yesterday I was in a bookshop that does rare and unusual books and there was a book about the story of Damanhur on the bottom shelf waiting for me - wow! You can imagine how excited I was.

I'd love to go on the trip but unfortunately won't be able to make it this time. But I'd love you to remember me on your journey, I will accompany you in Spirit. So for now I'd love to join your group if this is possible and be a part of the expedition that way.
